What We Believe

  • We believe that the Bible, God’s Holy Word, is without error and is inspired by God Himself.
  • We believe that there is one God: God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
  • We believe that man, created by God, sinned, and as a result is lost apart from a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • We believe God’s only Son, Jesus, came as the Savior for all mankind and took upon Himself the sins of the world, dying on the cross so that we could be forgiven.
  • We believe that salvation comes by grace through the blood of Jesus Christ.
  • We believe that the Bible teaches us that the pattern to follow to receive Christ as Savior is to hear about Him, believe in Him, to repent of sin, to confess Christ as Lord, to be immersed in the waters of baptism, and to strive to live a steadfast life.
  • We believe that communion is to be observed weekly, as a reminder of the sacrifice that God made for each and every one of us through His Son.  The bread representing His broken body, and the juice representing His shed blood.
